Do I need to lie down?
You can sit or lie down during the session—the most important thing is that you feel comfortable.
Will I remember anything after hypnosis?
Yes, you can remember what was said and what you experienced. It is possible to guide someone so they don’t remember afterward, but I see no reason to do that—because what you experience is meant to be supportive and activating of positive resources.
Am I “gone” during trance / hypnosis?
No. You can hear everything and you know what’s going on—you’re simply in a deeply relaxed state. I check in by asking questions that you can answer. When you come out of trance, most people feel fresh and well-rested.
Can hypnosis be dangerous?
No, hypnotherapy is safe. The “worst” that can happen is that you relax so much that you fall asleep—and I will simply wake you up again.
Are there any side effects?
No. Hypnosis is a natural and resourceful state. Again, you might relax enough to fall asleep, and that’s not a problem.
Will I say something I regret?
No. The unconscious mind will only bring forward what is necessary to resolve your challenge, and only to the extent you are ready. You remain aware of the situation and can choose what you want to share.
How long does a session take?
Plan for around 1.5 hours. The price is the same regardless of the exact duration.
How many sessions do I need?
It depends on the person and the topic. People change at different pace and in different ways. Some create big changes in one to four sessions. Others need more time. In any case, it’s important that you truly want to change.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel by phone at +45 2620 0701 or via the contact form at least 24 hours before your appointment, so I can offer the time to someone else.
How late can I cancel?
Please cancel no later than 24 hours before the appointment.
