What do I get from hypnosis and NLP?

You get a unique opportunity to experience yourself, your surroundings, your options, and your life in a more open and positive way—free from unhelpful emotions and limitations, with more quality of life. It matters for both progress and outcome that you truly want to change. It also helps to continuously imagine that you will benefit from the sessions.

How long do the results last?

The change can last, because it is based on updating beliefs and patterns. It works in the same way as learning as a child that fire burns: once you have a new, deep conviction, it stays with you. In the same way, therapy can create new beliefs that are stored in the unconscious mind.

What is hypnosis and hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis is a natural state we all enter briefly several times a day. As a hypnotherapist, I guide you into this natural and resourceful state and use it to support positive change through NLP and hypnotherapy. Read more about hypnosis.
