Is hypnosis for weight loss the same as a diet?

No. We work with habits, motivation and your relationship with food and body—not calorie counting. The goal is lasting change.

Do I need to follow a specific meal plan?

I don’t provide strict diet plans. We focus on what drives overeating or unhelpful patterns, so you can make better choices naturally.

How many sessions do I need?

It varies. Some need only a few sessions; others prefer a longer course to establish new habits. We tailor it to you.

What does a session cost?

A standard session is 1,250 DKK and lasts 1–1.5 hours. Stop smoking is 2,700 DKK (one session). See full pricing on the Prices page.
