Who can benefit from NLP?
Anyone who wants to grow personally—who wants to experience themselves, their surroundings, and life in a more open and positive way. With fewer limiting emotions and more quality of life.
Why use NLP?
NLP is a gentle, natural, and effective form of psychological therapy that supports personal development in a pace and way that fits you.
How does it work?
NLP is based on the idea that we all experience reality differently. In other words: it’s often our perception of reality—not reality itself—that matters most for how we function.
A classic example is spider phobia: after a person is helped, the spider is still the same. What changes is the person’s perception of the spider—and that makes all the difference.
Using gentle and effective NLP tools, we can adjust our thought patterns and the way we interpret the world around us. This can help us use more of our potential and free up energy to experience life more positively—with more ease, joy, and quality of life.
Do you see opportunities or limitations?
Throughout life we create beliefs, values, and experiences. Over time these can become convictions that no longer support us or our surroundings. Instead they can act as blocks that hold us back. Symptoms can include low mood, anxiety, confusion, headaches, insomnia, low confidence, low self-esteem, or exam anxiety. With NLP tools it can be possible to update thinking patterns—remove limitations—and release positive energy and focus on opportunities.
What can NLP help with?
The body often signals when there is an inner imbalance. And just as we perceive reality differently, we also react very individually to our inner state. Call me at +45 2620 0701 or use the contact form, and tell me about your situation and needs. Then we can find a time that fits you.
Facts about NLP
NLP is a method developed in the 1970s for personal development and making fuller use of our potential. The theory is that many unconscious processes shape human behavior. The method is often described as a “shortcut” to unconscious, positive resources. Over the years NLP has evolved and is used today within areas such as:
- personal development (building self-esteem and confidence)
- goal clarification (defining and reaching goals)
- communication and management (understanding and being understood)
- sports performance (improving performance through visualization)
